AMT a Salute to Conway Twitty & Loretta Lynn
For those who love country music, this is a “Must See Production.” There’s a moment at the beginning of any Twitty & Lynn show that affords country music fans the chance to look back in time. Tre Twitty, the grandson of Conway Twitty, and Tayla Lynn, the granddaughter of Loretta Lynn, are not impersonators. Rather, they are onstage celebrating country music, the lost art of duet singing, and two beloved country icons. In 2022 they made their debut on the world famous Grand Ole Opry, singing “Louisiana Woman, Mississippi Man” on the very same circle of wood where Conway and Loretta once stood. The duo credits their show’s popularity to the timeless songs of Conway and Loretta – duets like “After the Fire Is Gone” and “You’re the Reason Our Kids Are Ugly,” along with Conway and Loretta solo hits like “Hello, Darlin’” and “Coal Miner’s Daughter.” Prior to the performance we will enjoy a fabulous buffet at Miller’s Restaurant. We will depart Manassas at 8:45 a.m. and Wood bridge at 9:30 a.m. Return time is approximately 8:45 p.m.
