CANDLELIGHT DINNER THEATRE presents: THE FANTASTICKS

THE FANTASTICKS is a magical journey, part fairy
tale, part fable and entirely enchanting. With book and
lyrics by Tom Jones and music by Harvey Schmidt, it
features such memorable songs as “Try to Remember”
and “Soon It’s Gonna Rain” and has the distinction of
being the longest-running musical in the history of
theater. To understand that extraordinary longevity is to
recognize the essence of what makes us human, the
elemental forces of love, family, friendship, and
adversity. “The Fantasticks will, as it has done for over
60 years, transport you to that special place in
your memory — that spot beside the clover where
someone’s hand held your hand and love was sweeter
than the berries. Try to remember .and then try not to
smile.

We will depart Manassas at 9:15 a.m. and
Woodbridge at 10:00 a.m. Return time is approximately
9:00 p.m. with a fast-food rest stop enroute.
