THE INTERNATIONAL MILITARY TATTOO Norfolk, VA

Get ready for a day of International Delight!
First, we will travel through the Hampton
Roads of Virginia en route to Norfolk, where
we board the Spirit of Norfolk for our Mimosa
luncheon cruise. We cruise along the
Elizabeth River and, while enjoying lunch and
“Mimosas,” catch spectacular views of the
mighty ships and submarines of the Navy’s
Atlantic Fleet. After lunch, we journey to the
Scope Center, where we have great seats for
the International Tattoo. Experience the pulse-
pounding beat of the drums, the heart-swelling
spectacle of precision drill teams and
marching bands, the call of the pipes, the swirl
of the dancers, and you will understand why
this is one of the exciting military events in the
world. With 850 international performers,
following in the tradition of the Edinburgh and
The Nova Scotia Tattoos, the Virginia
International Tattoo is the Tattoo in the United
States, bringing together local and military,
NATO dignitaries, and international military
and civilian performers. ”A performance you
are sure to enjoy!” We will depart Manassas at
6:15 AM and depart Woodbridge at 7:00 AM.
Return time is approximately 9:00 PM. A fast
food stop will be made on the return trip.
