Celebrate America’s 250th Birthday with the
Civil War story of love and family that stands
the test of time, based on Louisa May Alcott’s
American Classic, Little Women. Follow the
adventures of Sisters Jo, Meg. Beth and Amy
March. Jo is trying to sell her stories for
publication, but publishers are not interested.
Her friend Professor Bhaer tells her she has to
do better and write more from herself.
Begrudgingly taking his advice, Jo weaves the
story herself and her sisters and their
experience growing up in Civil War America.
The performance is filled with laughter, tears
and light of the spirit throughout. Songs like
“More Than I Am”, and Take A Chance On Me”
will make you smile. Depart Manassas at
